Improvement East
The purpose of Improvement East is to coordinate, challenge, support and accelerate the drive for improvement and efficiency in localities to a higher level than would otherwise be possible.
The Partnership combines the former Regional Improvement Partnership; Building Capacity East (BCE) and the Regional Centre of Excellence - East (RCE). Partners include all 60 local and fire authorities across the region together with the Regional Assembly (EERA), the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA), Audit Commission, GO-East and the Regional Development Agency (EEDA).
