Helpdesk
We run an Employers Helpdesk service for advice on national terms and conditions, employment law, current practice in personnel policies and management advice. This is only available to member organisations and associate members.

We produce a bi-monthly newsletter called Nutshell, which gives a brief update of current HR issues including case law and legislation.
We provide Regional Bulletins and Newsflashes on special issues from time to time.
We respond to consultation documents on behalf of Local Authorities in the region following consultation with Officers and or Members.
