Representing the region
The Assembly seeks to secure the best possible outcomes for the East of England from Government and the European Union. It represents the region by influencing funding and policy decisions through public consultation responses and by meeting with representatives of the Government and the EU.
The Assembly also manages a Brussels Office on behalf of the East of England European Partnership to assist people, businesses and organisations in the East of England to make the most of the European Union.
