Regional Economic Strategy

The East of England is developing its Regional Economic Strategy for the period 2008 - 2031.

This is being led by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) and is supported by partners throughout the region, including the East of England Regional Assembly (EERA). The East of England Regional Assembly submitted its response to the draft Regional Economic Strategy on 16th November 2007.

EEDA made an initial response to EERA's submission at the EERA / EEDA Liaison Panel on 5th December 2007.

EEDA made its formal, detailed response to EERA's Executive Committee on 14th March 2008.

EERA's Executive Committee endorsed the final Regional Economic Strategy at its special meeting on 7th May 2008.
